Rough chop the roasted tomatoes, after letting them cool, and set aside.
In a bowl, mix the softened cheeses together well with 1 tablespoon of Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub and basil. Spoon the cheese mixture into individual ramekins (3 to 4 that are ¾ cup,) topping each one with a spoonful of roasted tomatoes.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350˚ F. Let cool for 10 minutes and serve with toasted baguette slices. Recipe serves 8 to 10. Enjoy!
