Cut the potato once, down the middle, vertically and three short cuts horizontally, not cutting all the way through the potato. Wrap the potato in aluminum foil and place in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes of baking, pull the potato from the oven and unwrap tin foil. Gently squeeze to open up the potato. Place pats of butter into the potato and sprinkle the potato with Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub.
Close foil back around the potato and place in the oven. Continue cooking for 30 more minutes. May add bacon bits, sour cream and chives as an option. Serves 1. Enoy!
