Serves: 4-6

  • Bone Suckin’ Chicken Seasoning, 2 Tbsp.
  • Wild Rice, 1 pkg.
  • Chicken Broth, 1, 32 oz. container
  • Butter, 2 Tbsp.
  • Red Pepper, ¼ cup, chopped
  • Scallions, ¼ cup, chopped
  • Mushrooms, 8 oz., sliced

  1. Follow the directions on the pkg. of wild rice, except substitute chicken broth for water. While the rice is beginning to cook, sauté the vegetables in butter with Bone Suckin’ Chicken Seasoning in a small saucepan until the vegetables are soft, about 3 to 4 minutes. Set aside.
  2. When rice is done, add butter, Bone Suckin’ Chicken Seasoning and vegetables to rice and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Recipe serves 4 to 6.
