  • Bone Suckin’ Yaki, 1 cup
  • Portabello Mushroom, 4
  • Butter (or Coconut Oil), 1 Tbsp.
  • Parsley, ¼ cup, finely chopped
  • Mozzarella Cheese (or Non Dairy Cheese Alternative), ½ cup (optional)

  1. Before cooking food, preheat grill to a medium heat.
  2. Take stems out of mushroom caps and chop finely. Place chopped stems in a small skillet with butter and saute for 3 to 4 minutes; set aside.
  3. Place mushroom caps on a large shallow pan and brush Bone Suckin’ Yaki Sauce liberally onto caps. Place caps on grill and cook about 4 minutes per side.
  4. After the caps are grilled, place a spoonful of mozzarella cheese on top of cap (optional), garnish with parsley, sauteed mushroom stems and red pepper. Recipe serves 4.
