  1. Preheat oven to 425º.
  2. Drain livers. Cut larger pieces in half.
  3. Cut bacon pieces in half and wrap each piece of liver with bacon. Place on sprayed cooling rack over foil lined baking pan. Before cooking food, brush with Bone Suckin’ Yaki Sauce and dust with brown sugar.
  4. Bake until crispy and brown, about 25 minutes.
