- Bone Suckin’® Yaki®, 2 oz.
- Salmon, 15 oz. can
- Egg, 1 large
- Crackers, 8, crushed (your favorite)
- Olive Oil, dash
- Before cooking the food, mix together all of the ingredients except the oil and make into sandwich size patties. Lightly coat a skillet with olive oil and preheat. Brown the patties on each side.
- Pour a small amount of Bone Suckin’® Yaki® in the skillet and surround the patties but do not cover them. Turn the patties continually for about 10 minutes. Serve with your favorite sandwich bread and enjoy! Recipe makes 4 patties.
