Another one of our great Bone Suckin’ Yaki recipes! This recipe is so good we put it on the Bone Suckin’ Yaki bottle!

  • Bone Suckin’ Yaki, ⅔ cup
  • Pork Tenderloin, 1 lb.
  • Rosemary, 1 Tbsp.
  • Ground Black Pepper, 1 tsp.

  1. Slice tenderloin into ¾ inch medallions. Marinate in Bone Suckin’ Yaki, rosemary & pepper for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Place medallions in oven at 350F or medium heat grill. Cook 15 minutes or until done. Serve over a salad or with Bone Suckin’ Grilled New Potatoes.
