This combination of diced vegetables tastes great and is a healthy option for any menu. Use as a dip for tortilla chips, crackers or vegetables. You can also put on top of cooked beans and enjoy as a salad.

Serves: 1-4 servings

  • Bone Suckin’ Organic Lemon Pepper, 4 Tsp.
  • Avocados, 2 ripe, diced
  • Tomatoes, 3 Roma, diced
  • Onion, 1 Yellow, medium, finely diced
  • Jalapeno pepper, 1 large, very finely diced
  • Cilantro, ½ bundle, finely chopped
  • Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp.
  • Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 Tsp.

  1. Combine all ingredients, except the diced avocado, in a bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add avocado last to avoid bruising.
  4. Chill
