- Preheat oven to 450º.
- Season chicken breasts with Bone Suckin’® Lemon Pepper Seasoning & Rub to taste.
- Cook for 15 minutes or until done. (Internal Temp 160º.)

- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Rinse fish, pat dry & lightly dust both sides with Bone Suckin’® Lemon Pepper Seasoning & Rub.
- Cook about 15 minutes or til fish flakes easily
BONE SUCKIN’® LEMON PEPPER CHOPS
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Lightly dust both sides of Pork Chop with Bone Suckin’® Lemon Pepper Seasoning & Rub.
- Cook about 30 minutes or until done.
