Our Bone Suckin’® Vegetable Seasoning is perfect for asparagus, potatoes, broccoli, mac & cheese and anything else you can dream up!

Use on any Vegetable! Great on Green Beans, Cabbage, Turnip Greens, Corn, Eggplant, Squash, Onions, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, and Carrots. Also try on Avocados! Paleo.

4 Step Bone Suckin’® Baked Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • Bone Suckin’ Vegetable Seasoning, to taste
  • Asparagus, 1 bunch
  • Olive Oil, drizzle

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
  2. Place the Asparagus on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus.
  4. Sprinkle Bone Suckin’® Vegetable Seasoning liberally onto the asparagus.
  5. Bake the asparagus at 350°F for 15-18 minutes. Enjoy!

Bone Suckin’® Vegetable Kabobs

Ingredients:

  • Bone Suckin’® Vegetable Seasoning, 1/2 cup
  • Red Pepper, 1, seeded and cut into quarters
  • Orange Pepper, 1, seeded and cut into quarters
  • Green Pepper, 1, seeded and cut into quarters
  • Zucchini, 1, 1 inch slices
  • Mushrooms, sliced, 1 pkg. (8 oz.)
  • Roma Tomatoes, 2, cut into quarters
  • Onions, 2 sliced
  • Wooden Skewers, 6, soaked in water for 15 min.
  • Bone Suckin’® Sauce  for dipping

Instructions:

  1. After slicing the vegetables, select the vegetable of your choice. Slide the vegetable onto the skewer. Next, slide a different vegetable onto the same skewer.
  2. Fill the skewers with vegetable slices. Be sure to leave 1 inch on either end of the skewer for handling the kabobs.
  3. Before cooking the food, sprinkle with the Bone Suckin’® Vegetable Seasoning.
  4. Grill for 10 minutes on each side. Let the Kabobs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  5. Use Bone Suckin’® Sauce for dipping. Recipe serves 6.
