4-Step Bone Suckin’® Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 Whole Chicken, quartered
  • Bone Suckin’® Chicken Seasoning & Rub

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Rinse chicken and pat dry.
  3. Rub generously with Bone Suckin’® Chicken Seasoning & Rub and place in a covered, oven-proof dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour 15 minutes.
  5. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F and juices run clear.
  6. Let rest 10 minutes before serving. Great with wild rice.
