How to Make The Perfect Bone Suckin'® Hamburger
If you find yourself asking how to make the perfect hamburger, you’ve come to the right place. We have some easy recipes anyone can follow along with that also have amazing flavor! Our Bone Suckin’® Products are sure to get you all the compliments!
Steps:
- Preheat the grill to medium high. The direct heating method works best for burgers. (that means cook over the fire)
- Start with the right beef. 80/20 mix is what we find to be the best. Grass fed is even better if you can find it.
- Make the patties from about 5-6 ounces of beef. Mix in Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning and form a ball with the beef by hand.
- Press the beef into round patties about 3/4 inch thick. Make sure their diameter is a bit wider than the bun to account for shrinkage.
- Make a thumbprint in the middle of the patty. (it will help it stay round while cooking, no puffed-up patties!)
- Have patience on flipping the burgers. It’ll pay off if you wait until they don’t stick to flip them.
- Take 5. About 5 minutes of cooking per side will do the trick. (Internal Temperature should be 160°F, refer to our Safe Cooking Temperatures page for more information)
- Cover with Bone Suckin’® Mustard and Bone Suckin’ Sauce®. Enjoy!
