While it’s perfect on seafood, like our other seasoning & rub products, it’s versatile enough to be used on just about anything.

4 STEP BONE SUCKIN’® FISH

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Before cooking food, rinse fish and pat dry.
  3. For fish filets, rub both sides with Bone Suckin’® Seafood Seasoning & Rub. For whole fish, cut 5 cross slits & rub with seasoning.
  4. For filets, cook about 15-20 min. or until fish flakes easily. For whole fish extend cooking time as needed.
