🍖 Bone Suckin’® Ribs

Ingredients:

  • Bone Suckin’® Seasoning & Rub, 3 oz.
  • Spareribs, 5 lbs. (3 racks)

For Dry Ribs:

  1. Coat both sides evenly. Cover and marinate 4–8 hours in refrigerator.
  2. Cook in covered dish at 300°F for 3 hours.
  3. Uncover, coat top with additional rub, and cook 1 more hour.

For WET Ribs: During the last hour, coat with your favorite Bone Suckin’ Sauce®.

On the Grill: Same method, but wrap ribs in foil for first 3 hours. Open foil during final hour.

🥒 Bone Suckin’® Zucchini Pickles

Ingredients:

  • Bone Suckin’® Seasoning & Rub, 1 Tbsp.
  • Fresh Dill, 2 Tbsp. + 1/2 cup finely chopped
  • White Balsamic Vinegar, 1/2 cup
  • Zucchini, 3 medium, sliced 1/8 inch thick
  • Water, 2 Tbsp. + 1/2 cup
  • Sea Salt, 2 Tbsp.
  1. Whisk vinegar, dill, salt, and water until dissolved.
  2. Add zucchini and marinate 25 minutes.
  3. Drain and sprinkle with Bone Suckin’® Seasoning & Rub before serving.

Serves 6–8. Enjoy!
